State reserve “Rusalka” is located in the southern part of the Lovech region, municipality Apriltsi town. The property is surrounded by the main ridge of the Central Balkan Mountains, surrounded by peaks Jaltets, Botev and Zelenikovets. Forests make up large forest complexes, separated by rivers Vidima, Ostreshka and their numerous tributaries. The terrain is mountainous with a strong character. The highest peak in the region is the highest peak in Stara mountain – Botev peak (2376 m.), which is located outside the forest in the high pastures. In the farm successfully hunt deer, wild boar, and brown bear. Hunting residence consists of a dining room, tavern, 3 suites and 4 double rooms, each with its own bathroom.
